when detoxifying the body, i always prefer to use natural foods which helps elimnate toxins. but it is also more convenient to use those commercial detox products.

I'd remembered hearing that day 3 was the worst, so it'll be good to hit that on Sunday rather than mid-week. Assuming we even make it through the weekend, which is still somewhat in question. Diggory was making an omelette when I woke up this morning, which pretty much sent the whole plan into a tailspin.

Good luck with your detox! Hubby and I have done them a few times ... spring always seems to be the time of year that we feel the greatest need to do so. It's almost part of the season now: crocuses, robins, sunshine, and detox.

From two people who have done this a few times: we think you're very, very smart to start this on a Friday rather than a Sunday. We feel the very worst about 3 days into the detox, and then kind of cruise through the next five days or so. We've found it hard to hit day 3 when we're working, and try to time it so it's a weekend.

Looking forward to hearing more about cardboard and cabbage.
